Awards

This award is bestowed every year to a Karuna Activist, a person who is associated with Karuna International, has been deeply involved in Karuna activities, has dedicated his life to the cause of Karuna Clubs, spreading the message of Karuna and inspiring others to do the same.

The award would comprise an amount of ₹ 25,000 and a citation. It is sponsored by Surana & Surana International Attorneys, Chennai. This award is presented at the National Conference every year.

We distribute awards / prizes to Karuna Clubs in Schools & Colleges for their outstanding work in promoting Karuna Values in Children. Karuna Clubs are evaluated on the bases of the activities and awarded for various categories at the National Level.

2. For Organizing Innovative Projects
3. For Grand Special Public Relations Project (Other than D Category)
4. Special Projects for propagating Vegetarianism

Compassion is a noble virtue which is inherent in the hearts of human beings and flows spontaneously when the occasion arises. Dayawan Awards will be presented to 40 (forty) students who have involved themselves in commendable service activities out of their love and compassion towards living beings.

Out of the 40 students, three best students will be selected and given Cash Awards

The remaining 37 students will each be given Appreciation Certificates, Cash Awards and Dayawan Medals.

Each School can send a report of the best student who has performed compassionate activities in the academic year.

Karuna Ratna Award, an amount of ₹ 1,00,000/- is awarded every year to social activists for their yeoman service towards the cause of Karuna. 12 such awards have been presented so far. This award is sponsored by Surana and Surana International Attorneys Charitable Trust, Chennai. This prestigious award is presented at the National Conference.
